In vivo	Administration of ZD0892 to DBA/2 mice infected with EMC virus can reduce the elastic dissolution activity of myocardium and coronary microvascular perfusion injury. ZD0892 decreases the pathologic severity of the myocardial lesions associated with murine viral myocarditis. ZD-0892 can reverse advanced pulmonary vascular disease produced in rats.
